How are our products made?

In Nasza Tłocznia we treat each fruit or vegetable individually – as they deserve! In return, they reward us with the highest quality of juice obtained. Lemon, grapefruit or orange juices we squeeze from the halves using a special citrus juicer. The remaining fruits and vegetables are turned into juice using a belt press, on which they are embossed from the pulp.

Our offer is very wide. In the assortment of Nasza Tłocznia, in addition to pressed and squeezed juices, you will also find other products - sourdoughs, purees, syrups, or lemonades. Check out how they are made!

Beetroot or raspberry tomato sourdough from Nasza Tłocznia has an exceptional taste and consistency. After the vegetable pickling process, they are pressed on a press and then poured into 3-liter bag-in-box packages. Thanks to this process, we obtain aromatic juice from pickled vegetables, and not water drained from the pickling process. The sourdoughs are not pasteurized.

Fruit and vegetable purees are widely used by Nasza Tłocznia customers (especially in the HoReCa industry). They are made using a special machine that purees raw materials at a rate adapted to their type and form. After pureeing, the fruit or vegetables are gently pasteurized at a maximum temperature of 78 degrees Celsius and then poured into 3kg packages. Due to their consistency, we sell purees in kilograms.

Low-sugar syrups and lemonades from Nasza Tłocznia are products based on natural pressed and squeezed juices straight from our production hall. The right combination of flavors and a small addition of sugar gives 100% a natural, healthy product, full of nutritional value. Subjected to gentle pasteurization and poured into 285ml, 3kg, 5L packages.
