Pressed juices are produced in a press - often together with the pulp and fragments of the peel, which in the case of citrus fruits can give a bitter aftertaste. Squeezed juices At Nasza Tłocznia, we produce our juices using a special citrus press that uses only the pulp of the fruit. This results in a naturally sweet and refreshing flavor—just like when you squeeze your own juice at home or in a restaurant.

How are our freshly squeezed juices made?
The process begins with a thorough washing of the fruit. Then, they are halved and placed in a juicer, where the pulp is squeezed out using a special cone. This differs from a press, where whole fruit is crushed in a flat press. This ensures that the citrus peel is not squeezed out, and the juice is free of bitterness, with an exceptionally fresh and full-bodied flavor. To preserve its shelf life, we gently pasteurize the juice at 78°C, ensuring it stays fresh longer and retains its nutritional value.

How to store freshly squeezed juices?
Squeezed juices in large 3 and 5 L packages we sell in the system bag in box- a bag with a tap placed in a cardboard box. This makes pouring convenient and hygienic.
- Before opening them, you can store them in a cool, shaded place, just like homemade preserves.
- Pour the juice with the tap pointing down - it should always be covered with juice.
- Shake the container before pouring to mix the contents.
- Proper pouring prevents air from entering, ensuring freshness.
- After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 30 days.
