Cherry juices with apple are slightly sweeter than pure cherry juices, and therefore more recommended for demanding gourmets, i.e. children. When combining these two flavors into one product, we do not forget about proportions. The right ratio of apple to cherry juice provides the perfect balance of taste, aroma and degree of tartness.
Natural cherry juice 100% is made from only the sweetest, ripest and most impressive fruits growing on an ecologically clean family farm. After harvesting, the fruits are subjected to additional selection so that cherry juices are made based on the best specimens, and also so that customers receive the best of nature. Due to their nutritional value, whole cherries are processed along with the skin. Often, it is in the skin that the main nutritional value is hidden, which then goes into the juice.
After harvesting, selecting, washing and pitting, the cherries go to the press located on the family farm. Pressing takes place in traditional conditions, which means that the 100% cherry juice we get has a proven, perfectly balanced taste. Then, the cherry juices, like others, go to short pasteurization. Without unnecessary losses of naturally occurring vitamins or nutrients, we get a product that will remain fresh for a long time after opening.
