The homemade recipe we use to prepare our Japanese quince syrups is based on juicy fruits that grow in clean and ecological areas. We prepare our product with this principle in mind. The fruits from which we obtain our syrup grow on a family farm far from large-scale industrial pollution and exhaust fumes. Learn the reasons why it is worth reaching for it!
Quince and Japanese quince fruits ripen only in mid-October. They then turn yellow, but their taste remains tart and their structure is hard. To obtain quince syrup, the fruit must be properly cleaned, cut, and then sprinkled with sugar and left to release juice. This is a laborious process, which we perform for you, maintaining all hygiene standards. You receive ready-made quince syrup, which tastes like grandma's.
Who among us doesn't save themselves with warm tea on autumn and winter evenings? Japanese quince syrups can be a great addition to it. Because it is characterized by a citrusy, slightly sour aftertaste, we add it instead of lemon. It will give the tea sourness and a characteristic, slightly pear-like aftertaste. We can also replace sugar or honey with quince syrup.
The sweet taste of quince syrup means that it will find its place in the kitchen of many a sweet tooth - both big and small. The appropriate, sticky consistency makes it an alternative and healthier topping: for cakes, pancakes, fritters and other sweets. By adding quince syrup to sparkling mineral water, we get a more natural version of orangeade, which we can successfully serve, for example, at children's parties or for dinner for the youngest family members.
We have two suggestions for quince syrup packaging. A smaller, 250 ml glass bottle will work great in small families. The high efficiency of the syrup means that you don't need to use a lot of it to get a characteristic aftertaste in a dish or drink. In turn, the larger, 3 l package of quince syrup is a proposal for gastronomy, such as cafes, confectioneries, restaurants. Both the glass bottle and the packaging with a tap guarantee that the product will be fresh for a long time and will retain a full set of vitamins and nutrients.
Quince syrup can also be used to make a homemade mask. Putting it on your face for a few minutes will have a nourishing effect on irritated skin.
We also recommend other natural products, raspberry syrups and elderberry flower syrups!
