3L lemon juice from Nasza Tłocznia is made from fresh fruit squeezed from halves, and not pressed together with the skin. This allows it to retain clean, intense lemon flavor – clearly sour, but without the bitterness typical of citrus peels.
This 100% NFC juice (not from concentrate) – no added sugar, water, preservatives or artificial colors. After squeezing, the juice is gently pasteurized at a maximum temperature of 78°C, which allows the product to be preserved and its natural properties to be preserved.
Lemons are a natural source of nutrients. The juice contains primarily:
- Vitamin C
- vitamins A and E
- B vitamins – B1, B2, B3 and B6
- potassium
- calcium
- magnesium
