Dried lemon peel in grit form (FIX) is a product obtained from citrus fruit pressed at Nasza Tłocznia. Natural, without additives, it retains an intense citrus aroma, making it widely used in the food and processing industries. Ideal for fruit teas, baked goods, preserves, and as an ingredient in spices and marinades. The large, irregular pieces are also excellent for further grinding or brewing.
We also offer: lime, orange, tangerine, dogwood and rhubarb peels – ground, FIX or in other weights.
